Resetting staff password: 

1) Staff ID is six (6) digits
2) User Name is what is used to log in to the Teacher Portal
3) Security Question is case sensitive


1. Manage Course Groups first if you have multiple classes with the same title (ie Algebra, History, 3rd ELAR, etc). This allows for automatic category and assignment copy to every class with the same title.

2. Manage Categories are set by administration prior to the start of school. These will apply to all classes that are part of a managed groups. "Copy categories to other course sections" must be executed for stand-alone classes not part of a group.

3. Manage Assignments are entered automatically to all classes that are part of a managed groups once the assignment is saved. Any assignments that are the same for other classes must be copied to those stand alone classes.

4. Manage Seating charts allows teachers to arrange students based on seating assignments given. Print copies with "show picture" selected in order to provide for substitute teachers when the teacher is going to be out.

Printing Attendance Rosters:

Choose under the "Attendance" menu "Attendance Rosters". Choose the date that rosters are needed and appropriate semester. If "ALL" periods are need, choose this. If select period are needed, select each period needed and "generate" using the last name of the students.
