Mrs. Wafford will be joining Edgewood Elementary as a Kindergarten Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. 🥳

Graduated from Texas A&M Commerce - Bachelor of Science - Interdisciplinary Studies

💜 How long have you been in education? I have been in education for a good minute, seriously for 20+ years. 👩🏫🍎
💜 Tell us a little bit about your previous experience. I am a kindergarten teacher of 12 years. 🏫
💜 What would you like to share about your family? I have a wonderful family. My family includes my husband, a daughter with two fantastic grandchildren, two sons and a daughter-in-law. 🥰
💜 Would you like to share a fun fact? I am ambidextrous. 👈👉
💜 What do you enjoy outside of work? I enjoy cooking, gardening, spending time with my family and going to the beach. 🥘🌽🥕⛱
💜 Can you tell us why you CHOSE EDGEWOOD? I love the small-town feel. I am looking forward to meeting new people and building new relationships. I am very excited for this new chapter.💜🐾💛🐾🤍
